Plunderer Season 2 Plot

In a dystopian world ruled by numbers, each person’s worth is measured by a unique “Check” tattooed somewhere on their body. This “Check” stands for any number that has been important in their lives. But if this Count goes down to zero, the person will be pulled down into “the chasm” and is thought to be dead for good.

Hina is a young girl, and her Count is how many kilometers she has walked. Since her mom was taken into the void, she has spent the last five years looking for the Legendary Ace that was her mom’s last wish. Hina’s troublesome trip takes a surprising turn when she meets a strange knight named Licht Bach who has a count that is less than zero.

Licht Bach/ Rihito Sakai Will be Voiced by Yoshiki Nakajima

Yoshiki Nakajima is a voice actor and singer from Japan who works with the group 81 Produce. He is known for playing Jiro Yamashita and Yoshifumi Nitta in The Idolmaster: SideM and Hinamatsuri, respectively. Nakajima is also a member of the band UMake with Kent It, who also does voice acting.

Hina Farrow Will Once Again be Voiced by Rina Honnizumi

Rina Honnizumi is a voice actress from Japan who works for 81 Produce. She is best known for playing Saaya Yakushiji/Cure Ange in Hugtto! PreCure. Later other roles in Wise Man’s Grandchild, and Plunderer.

Ari Ozawa Will Give Lynn May a Voice

Ari Ozawa is a voice actress from Japan. She joined I’m Enterprise in April 2013. Ozawa wanted to be a voice actress because she liked Negima! when she was in the seventh grade. She got her first lead role in Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-Kun as Chiyo Sakura.

Plunderer Season 2 Release Date

The series was sold to Funimation, which made it available to stream on FunimationNow in places where English is spoken and on AnimeLab in Australia and New Zealand. On December 8, 2019, Funimation also put the first two episodes of the show on YouTube in the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia. There were 24 of them.

The studio Geek Toys that made Plunderer hasn’t told us anything about the second season before it comes out. The first season did well, got good reviews, and gained a large number of fans. The series is neither a smash hit nor a flop, and both critics and fans have given it mixed reviews. Even though there are both good and bad reviews, there are more good ones. So, we don’t think it’s even possible that the show will be canceled because of how people respond to it.

Based on when the first season came out, the renewal season would have come out in 2021, but it’s almost the end of 2021 and nothing has come out to suggest that there will be a second season. We might have to wait longer because of the pandemic that is still going on. It looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer before we hear official news from the people who run the show. But for now, we can say that season 2 of Plunderer will happen sometime in 2022.
