1- James P. Sullivan

The main character of Monsters, Inc. is James P. Sullivan, also known as Jimmy or Sulley. He is, however, one of the main characters in the prequel Monsters University. He also appeared as the main character in the series Monsters at Work. One of the most well-known Monsters Inc characters of all time.

He is also a large mammalian monster with shaggy aqua fur and purple blotches on his head, as well as a long tail. Later, in Monsters University, an 18-year-old Sulley appears as an arrogant yet friendly monster who believes that his family name and natural talent are enough to get him into the scary business. 2- Mike Wazowski

Randall “Randy” Boggs is a chameleon/gecko-like monster who was a member of Monsters University’s Roar Omega Roar fraternity and worked as a scarer for Monsters, Inc. He did, however, appear in both Monsters, Inc. and its prequel, Monsters University.

Steve Buscemi provides his voice. Randall is also a monster that resembles a lizard. One of the most well-known Monsters Inc characters of all time. He does, however, have small sharp teeth, two green eyes nearly on top of his head, and three fronds on top of his head. Randall is quadrupedal, with a total of eight limbs. 4- Boo

Mary Gibbs, better known as Boo, is the protagonist of Monsters, Inc., a 2001 Disney•Pixar animated film. However, she is a young girl who, with the exception of Randall, is not afraid of any monsters. Who just so happened to be her monster.

Furthermore, Boo eventually enters the monster world through her closet, where she bonds with Sulley and Mike Wazowski. Furthermore, Boo is a two-year-old curious and naive toddler. As a result, she can communicate but has a gibberish vocabulary and little dialogue due to her age. In the film, her only actual words are “Boo!” and “Kitty!”

5- Yeti

The Yeti is a character in the 2001 animated film Monsters, Inc. by Disney/Pixar. The Yeti, on the other hand, is a monster who worked for Monsters, Inc. Furthermore, Waternoose exiled him to the Himalayas for discovering letters pertaining to the latter’s involvement with the Scream Extractor. She does, however, dress in a maroon sweater and black horn-rimmed glasses with supporting chains and speaks in a rough, masculine tone.

It is revealed in Monsters At Work that she has a sister named Roze. One of the most well-known Monsters Inc characters of all time. Roz is also a supporting character in the film. She appears to be the Scare Floor F key master and administrator, holding all of the keys to the children’s closet doors at Monsters, Inc.

Furthermore, she is in charge of receiving all of Mike Wazowski’s paperwork. She does, however, frequently work in an office near Scare Floor F that is separated from the rest of the factory by a retractable shutter.

7- Celia Mae

Celia stands seven feet tall and has lavender skin, purple snake hair, and seven tentacles (two as arms, and five as legs). She’s also wearing a green sequin mini dress with a scale print design and a blue-green vulture-like ruff around her neck. She still has one aquamarine blue eye on her face. Celia and her boyfriend have two things in common: they both have one eye and can both fly into a rage when angry.

8- Henry J. Waternoose III

Henry J. Waternoose III is the former CEO of Monsters, Inc. He is also known as Mr. Waternoose or simply Waternoose. He was, however, Sulley’s former friend, mentor, and father figure, as well as the boss of Sulley, Mike, and Randall. One of the most well-known Monsters Inc characters of all time. He is also a character in Monsters, Inc., and can be seen in a photograph welcoming Sulley and Mike to the company at the end of Monsters University.
