What is in Diablo 3 Season 28?
It’s basically a simplified version of Diablo 4’s branching skill tree, where players can spend resources to unlock different seasonal buffs through Seals. The potions work the same way as the health vials and give players extra benefits for them.
There are potions that do things like lessen the damage that enemies do, give random effects from shrines or pylons, and give a temporary boost to one of three stats. They are hard to get from the Altar of Rites, but it seems like it would be worth it.
One of the best effects in the Altar of Rites is the one that gives a second primal item whenever a primal item drops. However, since there are so many Seals before it, it will be hard to get. The Wings of Terror are a unique cosmetic item that can be unlocked by finishing the Altar of Rites tree.
“After you’ve conquered the armies of Hell and acquired the needed materials to unlock all 26 Seals and three Potions, you’ll receive a reward truly fitting of an unstoppable force—the Wings of Terror Cosmetic, Seal AD. We recommend you unlock all Seals and Potions within the Altar of Rites, not only to inspire terror within your foes but also to piece together the fragments of Sanctuary’s past.”
