Wakanda Forever: Black Panther 2 Release Date
Release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has been pushed back from October 2021 to November 11th, 2022. This is a shift of four months, from July 2022 to January 2023; the original release date of The Marvels has been pushed back to make room for the sequel.

Since it has been decided that another actor will not be playing T’Challa in the sequel, the story’s focus will have shifted, and at this point, all that can be said is that the sequel will continue to examine Wakanda and its environs. The first official synopsis was released alongside the trailer. In the wake of King T’Challa’s death, Queen Ramonda, Shuri, M’Baku, Okoye, and the Dora Milaje battle to protect their nation from foreign interference.
To help the people of Wakanda move forward to the next stage of their history, the heroes will need to work together with War Dog Nakia and Everett Ross. Production Weekly had previously confirmed that the watery villain Namor would appear in Wakanda Forever. The specifics explain that “both Wakanda and Atlantis are hidden civilizations with advanced technology and increased militaristic abilities that decided to separate themselves from the rest of the world for their own safety, and in a way, out of fear.”
Wakanda was concerned that their advanced technology would be misused.
