This interview also indicated that there might be a chance for the third season of the show as well and it also had some chances of getting released soon.

The first part of Boss baby was released in 2017 and it was then followed by a sequel in 2021. However, if you look at this pattern there is a chance of the third part of the film as well.
However, if they follow the pattern that has been followed by the first two parts of the movie then it is expected that the third part of the show would be out after 3 to 5 years, sometime during 2024-2026.

As no official announcement has been made for the third season there is no indication of the cast for the third season as well.
However, we are assuming that all the recent cast members would be back for the third season as well that including Baldwin, Sedaris, and other cast members. Along with that, it would be very interesting to see who all-new vocal talents are going to be the part of the 3rd season.
