At the 11th season of American Idol, she even tried out for the competition, singing Bonnie Raitt’s “Something to Talk About” at her audition. Sadly, she was dropped from the competition during the Hollywood Week Round.

On November 14, 2009, Jane and Alex Santana exchanged vows. Sadly, the ex-couple separated soon after in 2010, and according to rumors, their divorce was granted a year later. Alex plays the guitar and performs as well. When the metal band Blood Money broke up, he was a part of it.

Jim is now a grandfather because Jane and Alex are the parents of Jackson Riley Santana. According to Superbhub, the couple’s child was born on February 26, 2010. Jane told People before giving birth to her son:
“I’m excited about it because I never really got along with girls growing up, I was a little afraid that if it was a girl, that she would not like me, you know? So I’m very happy about the boy.”
