Opt for the “Apply for a Grant” option. 

Four options will appear on the screen from which you need to select Social relief distress grant.

A reference number will be generated that will help you to track the application forms.

Visit the website www.dsd.gov.za and click on the ECD funds Option situated on the right side of the home page screen. 

Add the bank account for the ECD Govchat. 

Register your account by clicking the register into the account. 

Fill in all the required information in all the asked sections and click on the submit option. 

New SASSA R350 Grant Application

You can now apply for the R350 Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant. The grant has been restored from 6th August 2021 to March 2022.
