A tribunal found an innocent 19-year-old man not guilty of stabbing his grandmother to death. On 7 January 2021, Pietro Addis, then 19, admitted attacking his mother, Sue Addis, at her home in Withdean, East Sussex, but he claimed he was only partially responsible.
According to reports, He was tried for murder in Lewes Crown Court, but the jury ultimately favored him. He had previously pleaded guilty to manslaughter and will face punishment on 5 May.
