More than six months after the “Fantastic Voyage” rapper was discovered unresponsive at a Los Angeles house, the findings of the autopsy that were conducted on his body have been made public by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.

According to the findings of the autopsy, the late artist passed away at the age of 59 from the combined effects of fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine.

Additional “significant conditions” noted in the study include “unspecified cardiomyopathy,” “recent phencyclidine use,” and asthma.

In a conversation that aired on Coolio’s radio show “Sway in the Morning” seven years ago, Sway discussed his struggle with cocaine addiction.
