Together with her then-boyfriend James Lock, Yazmin Oukhellou joined the TOWIE cast in 2017, and she quickly rose to prominence. James Lock’s girlfriend happily displayed her brand-new appearance in a selfie with her beau and shared the results on Instagram. Yazmin angled herself to show off her incredible cleavage while donning a lace-up bralet. The TOWIE newcomer’s selfie, which showed off her new facial feature to her 136k Instagram followers, almost made her look unrecognizably different.

Yazmin detailed her choice in a previous post, adamant that the surgery was required to fix her fractured nose and deviated septum. Alongside a snap of herself in bed, the 23-year-old explained her decision:
“So the cat is finally out of the bag, I can confirm that I had a rhinoplasty at @elitecosmeticsurgery performed by the amazing @dr.aliuckan. It has only been 2 weeks and I can already see the results are going to be amazing. I had a previous broken nose and deviated septum so surgery was the only option for me. I am so glad I did it as I was nervous at first but so happy that I can now breathe properly and that the small bump has gone.”
After explaining why she decided not to conceal her new nose, the reality TV star urged her viewers to make sure they are at ease before making any changes to their look. Yazmin continued:
“As I have stated before in previous posts I am NOT telling people to run out and have cosmetic surgery due to vanity. I am saying that if you want to get surgery, have been thinking about it for a long time and like me I had no other option then people should feel comfortable to and feel they won’t be judged. This is the reason I have decided to be so open about it and not lie like others have as it’s my body and my choice and people need to stop judging others choices, shaming body’s and appearances and just get on doing you.”
Yazmin’s new look coincides with the return of TOWIE later in the year when viewers can expect to see the brunette stunner and the rest of the cast in Marbella for their lavish annual vacation. The Essex beauty was seen last week wearing bandages on her nose as she left a hospital in Turkey.
Yazmin exited the cosmetic surgery facility with a buddy by her side, keeping a low profile and covering her face with a pink cap that was pulled low over it.
