What We Have Seen In The Nevers Season 1?
As a result, Season 1 of The Nevers has been well-received by viewers. Season one of The Nevers revealed that in the distant future, a group of PDC — Planetary Defense Coalition — soldiers will be tasked with protecting the Galanthi from an opposing human group known as the FreeLife Army, who are on the prowl in a scientific research facility where the last remaining Galanthi are believed to be hidden.
The Galanti are an extraterrestrial race that came via a wormhole not too long ago to provide humans with the means to rebuild a devastated Earth. After a skirmish breaks out within the base, the Galanthi escape, and many PDC troops perish as a result.

Disappointed that Earth won’t make it after the last Galanthi left. That’s when Zephyr, one of the few remaining soldiers, took his own life. Given that it exits through a portal, Galanthi attempts to steal her soul just as it is about to go.
Amalia, or Molly, works at a bakery and marries Thomas True in 1890s London before taking her own life as the Galanthi pass overhead. After waking up in an asylum, Zephyr adopts Molly’s identity after realizing she is inhabiting Molly’s body.
After becoming friends with Maladie as Amalia, she betrays her to Hague so that she won’t have to risk her own safety. She and Horatio begin researching the Touched, and Lavinia asks if they would be interested in taking care of her orphans.
Amalia returns to the orphanage in the current day, despite Penance’s failure to change her life. She decides to notify the orphanage once she has told Penance her real name.
