A lawsuit filed on April 9, 2022, a year after Dwayne Haskins’ untimely deἀth, claimed that the former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback was “targeted and drugged” before being hit and kἰlled on a Florida highway as part of a “blackmail and robbery conspiracy,” an attorney for the Haskins family said in a statement.
Last month, a lawsuit was filed in Broward County, Florida. According to reports, the lawsuit named 14 defendants, including the driver of the dump truck that hit Haskins as he tried to walk across the westbound lanes of Interstate 595 on April 9, 2022.
Attorney Rick Ellsley said in a statement –
“Many questions remain as to why the truck driver did not avoid hitting Dwayne given the highly visible activity in the area before the impact and the fact that the other drivers did not hit Dwayne.”
“The truck driver’s cell phone records have not yet been disclosed. The [Florida Highway Patrol Traffic Homicide Report] also notes that the driver refused to provide a blood sample to the police at the scene and still has not provided the alcohol test results.”
In his statement, Ellsley also says that driving over the speed limit, carrying too much stuff, and having problems with the car all contributed to Haskins’ deἀth.
Do you know that some people think TUPAC Shakur faked his own autopsy picture and coroner’s report and is still alive? Have a look at what the Conspiracy Theorists have to say about it:
Haskins dἰed just a few weeks before he turned 25. At the time of his deἀth, his blood alcohol level was .20, which is almost 2.5 times the legal limit for driving in Florida, according to the Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The report also said that he had traces of ketamine and norketamine in his system. These are painkἰllers that can be prescribed by a doctor but have also been used for fun. But Haskins’ attorney asserted foul play contributed to his demise.
“As to what occurred in the hours before Dwayne was kἰlled, many questions remain. It is believed that Dwayne was targeted and drugged as part of a blackmail and robbery conspiracy. In fact, his highly-expensive watch was stolen from him shortly before his deἀth.”
ESPN says that Haskins’s wife is the person who filed the civil case. There have been no charges.
