The children of Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are adept at keeping them on their toes. The expecting model mother announced on Wednesday that her 4-year-old son Miles Theodore had had his first set of stitches.
She posted a picture of the young child leaning against her and commented, “Well, I had always imagined a broken arm first but stitches inched in as Miles’ first official accident,” beside a photo of the boy with a bandage on his forehead.

Teigen, who has a 6-year-old daughter named Luna Simone with her husband, has long been outspoken about how her children aren’t afraid to play rough. In June, the cookbook author shared pictures of the siblings posing in combative positions around the house and quipped that her children are “keeping it exciting these days.”
Teigen captioned the photo, “I’ve also never seen such competitive people in my life. I swear we are keeping both of them but they act like we are fixin to ditch one.”
Later that month, Teigen disclosed that as the two were playing, Miles unintentionally knocked out his older sister’s tooth. Miles happily yelled, “I got Luna’s teeth out. I knocked her mouth, and it just came out,” as the mother recorded her two children going inside in their bathing trunks.
After Teigen revealed in August that the couple is expecting a child, almost two years after suffering a miscarriage, it is an exciting time for the family.
After losing her third child, Jack, in September 2020, the author of Cravings said that she had concerns about the pregnancy at the time.

Every time I go in for an appointment, I tell myself, “Okay, if it’s healthy today, I’ll announce,” but then I hear a heartbeat and decide I’m still too anxious. It’s been incredibly difficult holding this in for so long, but so far, everything is great and lovely and I’m feeling positive and amazing. I don’t believe I’ll ever walk out of a meeting with more enthusiasm than nerves.
