Florida’s TAMPA (WFLA) — According to the Tampa Police Department, a guy was shot early on Sunday morning in Ybor City and has since died.
Officers were called to a shooting at the junction of East 7th Avenue and North 16th Street at around 2:50 in the morning. They discovered a 20-year-old man wounded in the upper body.
