In reaction to the Pandemic’s widespread spread, the Valenzuela Government has enacted a law directing the use of a QR scanner to use the Valtrace App. Valtrace App is free to download and is available for both residents and non-residents. The government is planning to impose the no-QR, no-entry policy.

- After that alter your phone’s setting according to the position of the QR code in the viewfinder. When the phone is held correctly, the camera catches the code right away.

Registration Process
As stated above, the registration of all the people living in Valenzuela is mandatory irrespective of one’s residential status. Both residents and non-residents have to download the Valtrace app and then register themselves.
1) You may either use an online portal to use the application or visit the Valtrace app and then click on the ValTrace app Registration link. You will see the options like ‘Citizen Register’ and ‘Citizen Login,‘ as well as ‘Merchant Register’ and ‘Merchant Login.’.
2) Proceed by selecting the relevant option. Once finished, the website will ask for introductory information such as your name, province, birth date, and contact number.
- After you have validated your password, click Submit to continue.
- Scan the QR code and proceed each time you enter a business location.

When you enter a public or private location with the Valtace app on your phone, you have to scan the QR code given in the application form. Once you scan the code, your all personal information will directly reach the Valenzuela central Contact Tracing System at the Mega Contact Tracing center for effective scanning of people.
